The South African Academy of Hypnosis was established in 1990.

We are a professional group of like minded individuals who recognize the benefits of Hypnotherapy to ourselves and our fellow man. We aim to promote Hypnotism at every level to every Human being. Our current President is Mr Max Kaan, South Africa's foremost expert on the subject of Hypnotism both from an academic and entertainment sense. Honorary Life members include Dr Henry. P. Steyn. We are affiliated to several overseas Hypnotic Organisations including the UK Academy of Hypnosis.

All the above courses are personally conducted by Mr Max Kaan and other prominent lecturers. The courses are based on cutting edge technology, up to date information and of course twenty years of Max Kaan's personal experience.

Upon completion of the Hypnotherapy course the student is issued with a certificate which is endorsed by The South African Academy of Hynosis and is able to apply for membership to the IMDHA and the UK Academy of Hypnosis which will allow the student to practise in many overseas countries around the world.
